Drop Shipping

Products may be shipped direct from the manufacturer or supplier warehouse direct to you to save shipping time/cost.

Hazardous and Restricted Items

Due to shipping regulations and constraints Arrow will not ship items deemed hazardous or restricted. These items are available for pick up only.

Small Packages

Orders accepted by 2pm Eastern Time generally ship same day from Arrow stock. Most products up to 70 pounds will be shipped via UPS Ground prepaid and add. Some products may be subject to dimensional weight. Other methods or carriers may be available at additional expense, including:

Next Day Air

Orders may be overnighted for early AM delivery, standard overnight or overnight saver. Orders shipped next day air on Friday will be delivered on Monday. If you want Saturday delivery, you must call customer service. There is an additional fee charged for this service and it is not available in all areas.

2nd Day Air

Orders may be shipped second day AM or second day saver. Orders shipped second day air on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. Packages shipped on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. If you want Saturday delivery, you must call customer service. There is an additional fee charged for this service and it is not available in all areas.

3 Day Ground

Orders shipped 3 day ground will be delivered on the 3rd business day. For example, orders shipped on Monday will be delivered on Thursday. There is no Saturday delivery available for 3 day service.

Freight/Common Carrier

Products over 70 pounds or exceeding UPS dimension limits may be shipped by common carrier. The carrier will call the phone number you provide in order to set a delivery appointment. Please be advised that storage fees or a return of the shipment back to the warehouse could occur if the trucking company cannot get a hold of you in a timely manner. The customer will be responsible for any fees incurred due to their delay in accepting delivery.
Common Carrier/ LTL Truck line deliveries are dropped at the street. The driver is not responsible for moving your product from the drop point.
Inspect for damage! It is your responsibility to document damage to the packaging, however minor, on your receiving bill, also known as a Bill of Lading (B.O.L.), prior to accepting delivery. This protects you in the event of hidden damage to the product within. The B.O.L. also indicates a "piece count" (i.e. how many packages are on the pallet) that must be verified. Any shortages must also be noted on your B.O.L. By signing the bill of lading you are certifying that all items are present and in good condition. Failure to do any of the above will hold you liable for any damage and/or shortage.

Shipment Damage

Arrow recommends Purchaser refuse delivery of any shipment if there is damage to the product within the packaging. If hidden damage to the product is found after acceptance of delivery, please call customer service to insure the damage claims process begins promptly. DO NOT TRY TO USE AN ITEM IF YOU BELIEVE IT TO BE DAMAGED as this will make the product unreturnable. The Purchaser is obligated to keep the damaged item and all packaging material for the carrier’s investigation. Reshipments will be sent using the same shipping method as the original order. All damage must be reported within 5 days of receiving your shipment for consideration of a damage claim.

Lost or Shorted Shipment

If a shipment is lost or short, Arrow will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the shipment is not found, Arrow will send a replacement using the same ship method of the original order. If signing for a short shipment please notify Arrow immediately. All short shipments must be reported within 5 days for consideration of replacement of shorted items.

Shipping Errors

If an item is shipped incorrectly or is incomplete the reshipment will be sent using the same shipping method as the original order. In the event that a shipping error has occurred, Arrow will make return freight arrangements including item pick up. The Purchaser must have the package ready to be returned. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to ship the item back in the event that the package is not available for pick up within the terms of the Call Tag. The purchaser will be charged for the item if the item is not returned.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes on international orders will be assessed and billed to the Purchaser as required. These fees are related to the dollar value of an order. Arrow will provide your invoice for the fee assessment. Under no circumstances will Arrow falsify information on any invoice. Please contact your customs office for additional information on duties and taxes.

Brokerage Fees

A Freight Broker acts as an agent to assist in the customs clearance of a package and is required for international shipments. It is recommended that the customer hires a Freight Broker in advance of placing an order so that these fees for this service are known. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to hire a freight broker if not provided by the carrier. The Purchaser is responsible for the payment of these fees at the time of delivery.
